Paragon Practice Management
We are a team of experienced practice management professionals based in Wilmington, NC. Although our office is located in North Carolina, we have clients all across the United States!
PPM has been open for over a decade and our staff has 40 years combined experience. Our team specializes in pain management and mental health, and always strives to be the best. One of our primary goals is to make life easier for our 73 clients; 19 practices and 54 providers.
We cherish our clients and spend our days making life easier for them and their staff by taking on the daily interactions with insurance companies and helping patients understand their statements. We want our clients to focus on their patients and the medical side of practice. PPM will focus on the business and medical billing side, while keeping providers up to date on any changes or concerns their practice may face.

A Note from Our Owner
Hello!
My name is Sue Lochbihler and I'm the owner of
Paragon Practice Management, LLC.
I want to share a little about myself and how PPM came to be.
Before entering the medical billing world, I began my career in Nursing. However, I quickly realized it wasn’t for me. I decided to get more involved in the administrative and billing side of healthcare
and started taking different courses.
I joined a billing/practice management group, with no
experience, and worked my way up to management.
Then, after 10 years with the company, I decided to take a leap of faith and started Paragon Practice Management. PPM has now been open for 15 years and thriving. I am very proud of what we have accomplished for our clients as our business continues to grow.
I thrive on the challenge of solving problems; taking accounts that are in ruins and turning them around to be profitable. It is such a sense of accomplishment when I can help a provider improve their revenue.
